Residence Augusto - Isola d'Elba

Residence Augusto is set in the middle of a luxurious nature and situated a few metres from the beach of Morcone. It offers its guests a series of large and comfortable apartments recently renovated, composed of one to three rooms and offering lodging for two to five people.
Each of the apartments on the first floor of the main building has its own large balcony. The ground floor apartments dispose of spacious private terraces. The two biggest apartments are set apart from the main structure and are provided with large partially covered terraces and surrounded by the spacious garden.
All the apartments offer sea-views and are equipped with safes and colour-tv.
The residential structure belongs to a large propriety, including a private parking place. The main part of the propriety is composed of a huge garden, with a barbecue and a children playground area at disposal of the guests. The reception is also equipped with an internet point and a wi-fi area.
The majesty of the surrounding countryside landscape and the proximity of the sea make Morcone and Residence Augusto an enchanted and quiet place. However, the nearest town of Capoliveri, a beautiful and typical antique village, provides the tourists with all sorts of entertainments. Every summer a bus service links Morcone and Capoliveri till late at night. Moreover it is possible to visit the old mines or go trekking in the countryside.

STAYS: possibly from Saturday to Saturday with departure within the hours 10:00
ENCLOSED SERVICES: consumptions of water, final light, gases and pulizie.
EXCLUDED SERVICES: laundry to application: varying price according to the apartment

We accept trips in the months of March,April, May and October

WE ACCEPT ALSO STAYS OF LITTLE DAYS. (MINIMUM TWO NIGHTS)


Regulations of the Residence:

1) animals Admitted only of small ransom and according to the apartment destined to the client.
2) the delayed arrivals or the anticipated departures don't involve some right of reimbursement, if we don't succeed in again renting the lost days.
3) The missed occupation of the lodging within the 24 hours from the day of the arrival, without warning, equivale to the rinucia of the lease and loss of the deposit.
