 The Agriturismo (Farmhouse) Il Fornione is situated in VALLICO SOPRA, 750 meters above the level of the sea in the Alpi APuane National Park, built in the top of an isolated hill surrounded by old chestnut trees, recently restructure il old Tuscany art. This area is also called GARFAGNANA a medieval atmosphere covers its ancient roads crossing the forest from which hundreds of small villages emerge like islands. The vegetation is very luxuriant and the pace of life is still slow and the scenary unspoilt and very peacefull in the nature. You can collect mushrooms, different fruits in the wood obserwing the local fauna and flora or make a trekking or mountain bike tour or relax in the swimmingpool (9 x 4.5 meters). This property appeals to those who want to experience peace and tranquillity. Our geographical position allows acces to the cultural centers of Tuscany like: Lucca, Pisa, Florence, etc...
