Now the Relais Ridola is available for people who wish to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Matera, not far from UNESCO World Heritage "Sassi" and Downtown. It has been completely restored in 2005 and includes six rooms and two suites, 24 beds in all. A free outdoor surveilled parking lot is available for each room. Each room has its own peculiarity: those facing south are painted with fresh colouring being bluish (turquoise and violet), while the ones facing north have warmer colouring being yellowish (ochre and apricot) The fittings, which offer an absolute comfort, are a snappy mix of old furniture of the same period as the residence and of innovative elements of modern design. Sheets and towelling are selected. Each bed in each room has two feather pillows. An orthopaedic pillow is available on demand. The courtesy kit includes prime rate bars of soap, foam bath, body lotion and personal soft soap with security seal. The showers are large and comfortable. The hydro brush, the suspended bathroom fittings and the modern taps and fittings guarantee the utmost hygiene. The hairdryer is efficient and comfortable.
