Old House

Old.House..is.an.800’s farmhouse, recently restored with the same materials used.to.bild, like stones and wood, finely handmade.
It rises in a peaceful place in the middle of Sibillini Mountains, a land of quiet and beautiful nature in Marche region.Outside the house, you can relax in the garden; there is a stone-decorated pool, so, you can really.dive.in.the.beautiful, sorrounding nature.
The farmhouse offer a various and spectacular panorama: your eyes can sweep from the mountains, pass the soft outline of the hills to the Adriatic sea.
Old House .is a starting point to walk on the paths, to ride on mountain bike, to do excursions to the beach or the mountain.Here you can discover every cultural and naturalistic beauty of this charming corner of Italy.

Inside the house is divided in two apartments with two separated entrances, lovely called “Romeo” and “Juliet”, full of comforts: living rooms with precious fornitures and sofa beds, bar area, TV, HI-FI, equipped kitchens, double and single bedrooms, toilets with large shower boxes, washing machine, phon, washer-dryer, etc. The apartments can together be rented.
