The holiday homes CASE CORBOLI are situated in the Tiber valley at approximately 5 Km from Todi, immersed in the green of the fluvial park with a rich vegetation of woods, fields, vineyards and olive groves. In the green heart of Umbria they are in an ideal position for lovers of art since they are centred between the towns of Orvieto, Perugia, Foligno, Spoleto, and Assisi at an everage distance of 30 Km.The homes are composed of 4 apartments and 2 indipendent cottages obtained from the recostruction of a farmhouse built in 1800.All of them have an independent entrance, a living-room with cooking area two bedrooms with bathroom, satellite TV and independent heating. The restoration has made the most of the original building keeping the oak and chestnut beams and the ceiling and floors of flat tiles and antique furniture.The holiday homes are open all year round. Guests may enjoy the swimming-pool, the barbecue, bowls, table-tennis, the children’s playground and the bicycles which are available.Guest may also reach at 3 Km a horse-riding school that we have an agreement with, a tennis court at 4 Km and a football pitch at 1 Km. Both aquatic and terrestrial species of wild fauna can easily be seen since the homes are in an area of repopulation and guest may also go fishing as the Tiber is at 300 mt.. The ownerswill be pleased to accompany guests looking for wild mushrooms, asparagus or chestnuts and to organise lessons of restoration and typical Umbrian cooking and also guided visits. Moreover the surroundings offer relaxing walks.
