The farm house Pedru Caddu, in the middle between Sassari and Olbia, is very close to the most famous Northen Sardinian seashore location, only 30 minutes are needed to reach wonderful beaches as Porto Istana ( Olbia) , and San Pietro (Valledoria)
In the splendid territory around the farm, is possible to carry out excursions on foot or by bike ; fishing lovers can have fun on the shore of the lake Coghinas, well-known for its several fish species( carp, blach bass, trout).
Our location is a perfect jump off point to make a visit to the cities of Tempio and Castelsardo. Tempio Pausania can be reached in a mere 30 minutes on a captivating road with a breath-taking panoramic view on the lake Coghinas.
Tula and the surrounding towns and villages offer same of the most important monumental and archaeological sites in Northen Sardinian .

Pedru Caddu farm house is situated in Tula, in the province of Sassari , at half hour by car from the most famous resorts of Northen Sardinian.
The farm house Pedru Caddu is immersed among the hills of the surrounding country , a few metres from Coghinas lake , the favourite destination for fishermen and surfers.
From the veranda of the house you can enjoy an amazing view: the hills covered by oaks trees , Coghinas Lake and the imposing Limbara mountains.
Pedru Caddu farm house offers fresh and genuine food : meats, fresh pastas, cheeses and sweets produced in the farm.
The twelve rooms ( double or twin rooms) are situated in separated buildings.Each room has bathroom, air conditioning and independent entrance. The rooms like the dining room have the roof of wooden beams. The beds also are forged iron while furniture is made of wood.
The hause provides a room for disabled people with private bathroom.
