My name is Tania and I would like to give you some information about our tourist resort. Sabbie d’Oro Hotel is situated at about 400 m from the shore and it is reachable walking through the thin sand of dunes. It is immersed in the nature, surrounded by the golden sandy dunes and the green Mediterranean bush. It is located in the heart of a bay with a beach 3 km long, delimited by cliffs with gorgeous seabed. It is open all the year and it is characteristic because the rooms are in private bungalows, where you will feel free as staying in a holiday village, but with the comfort of a hotel service (half board, room cleaning, change of linen). Thanks to the limited number of bedspaces and the family running, in our hotel the relation with our guests is less formal, cold and conventional than in other hotels. Consequently, we try to improuve and to customize the service and we guarantee genuine cooking. We pay a lot of attention to food that we serve, according to the homemade cooking and first-rate local produce. Guests can have their meals in the restaurant, with table service, in a cool hall, cosy atmosphere, where there are a fireplace, a piano, tv, a small video library and book library, a panoramic terrace of 150 mq facing the sea, from where it is possible to watch fascinating sunsets. All the nine rooms are built in bungalows, where there are 2 o 3 bedspaces, bathroom with shower, tv and a cool terrace overlooking the sea. The building is perfectly adjusted to the surrounding environment, thanks to its style and coulors that camouflage themselves in the landscape. The inside garden and the outside landscape offer the possibility of peaceful walks through the characteristic flora and fauna, all to be discovered. The geographic location of the hotel allows our guests to reach easily the archaeological and the natural sites in the centre-south of Sardinia, through unforgettable excursions that will make more fascinating your holiday. Pets are allowed free, in order to contrast their abandonment.

The main characteristic of the service of our hotel is the integration between man and nature; in this sense it’s important to note the relation between the extent of the outdoor space including the wild green area and the number of rooms. This allows our guests to enjoy a first-rate peaceful atmosphere and privacy and they will feel free. Silence, peace and nature are important constituents added to the sun-sea offer. In the management of our hotel we pay continuous attention to each positive and negative advice shown by our guests. We consider each advice, even if it is not evident, a good opportunity of improuving our service in order to satisfy our customers and to meet their requests. We always want to do the best and we consider our guests as a source of knowledge.
Year after year we have understood that our activities have a strong impact to the environment. Consequently we try to prevent pollution, according to our resources and the socioeconomic context where we act. Villaggio Sabbie d’Oro Hotel is involved in the respect of all the norms, rules and regulations concerning its field, such as safety regulation (626/1994), healthiness of environment (HACCP), all the regulations related to the natural environment, privacy norms concernig the treatment of personal information. We pay particular attention to each advice, request and criticism from outside, in all their forms.
In order to improuve continuously our hotel, we set ourselves several goals that we try to achieve working together with the staff. Our aims are:

the improvement of our guests’ satisfaction and fidelity;
reduction in using resources (products, electric energy, water) and in producing of goods to be eliminated. Consequently we use solar panels, lamps with low cosumptions of energy and we avoid single-dose products;
we riuse products and goods before their disposal, when it is possible;
recycling of materials ;
reduction and prevention of pollution;
the numers of rooms have been replaced with names of plants, in order to know better the territory and to respect it.
